Here's a simple and delicious recipe for mutton curry:
### Ingredients:
- 500 grams mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2-3 cloves
- 2-3 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
### Instructions:
1. **Marinate the Mutton:**
- In a bowl, mix the mutton pieces with yogurt, half of the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and a little salt.
- Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight in the refrigerator is even better).

- Heat oil in a large pan or pressure cooker.
